Job Description

The Process Management Specialist will be the central point of the role for all Enterprise Procedures, Communications, Process Mapping, and Training communications and/or updates. The role will manage the Procedures manual and will also ensure that system, policy, and other departmental and business changes are communicated to the necessary teams.

Essential Job Functions

  • Performs process analysis to design or redesign multiple integrated workflows and process issues to ensure that enterprise processes are state of the art, and efficient.
  • Analyze and improve existing enterprise process methods and workflow to promote effective operations through standardization, improvement, simplification, or discontinuance.
  • Plans, designs, and implements new enterprise processes.
  • Ensure operation process methods and workflow are in alignment with the strategic direction of the organization.
  • Coordinate and lead departmental projects and initiatives that may cross business and site lines. Initiatives will include, but not limited to process and testing changes, procedure and development changes, training and system change requests.

Skills/Job Requirement

  • At Least 2 years of experience in handling BPO processes.
  • At Least 2 years of experience with plan processing and administration, preferably non-qualified and/or defined contribution plans.
  • Analytical Skills.
  • Assist in the technical development and system design skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources, communications, industrial and organizational development/psychology or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
  • Experience using Excel-advanced (pivot tables/charts, dynamic charting) is a plus.
  • Prior professional services or federal consulting experience is a plus.
