Job Description

The Commercial installer is responsible for accurately installing HVAC equipment in Commerical structures.  Ideal candidates will have knowledge of HVAC equipment, codes, and proper installation procedures.  

 

Job Requirements:

  • Working as team to install High End heating and cooling systems in existing Buildings.
  • Friendliness, courteous and able to communicate effictively with builders are key traits.
  • Sheet metal experience is required and duct sizing, transitioning and fabrication a big plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sheet metal installation experience.
  • Must be proficient in all ductwork: plenums, drop ducts and  sheet metal.
  • Possess knowledge of HVAC or sheet metal work in the commercial industry.
  • Have the ability to install fans, ducts, pipes, thermostats and switches, that are part of heating, air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
  • Have experience with installation, maintenance and repair.
  • Have experience in assembling and installing duct work.
  • Have the ability to work with all types of power and hand tools safely and effectively.
  • Can bend different sizes of tubing, solder tubing, electric and pvc piping
  • Must have all hand tools.
