Delta Engineers, Architects, & Land Surveyors, DPC, an award-winning leader in problem solving for the built environment, is currently seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our Specialty Precast Group.

Primary Job Duties will include:

  • Responsible for servicing 10 to 15 clients.
  • Responsible for the preparation of structural design of Precast Concrete Transportation related Structures
  • Responsible for the preparation of structural design summary and shop drawings using AutoCad
  • Considers alternate designs and value engineering
  • Responsible for meeting scheduled deadlines
  • Communicate with clients and their representatives

Candidates shall have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and 8-10 years of experience with structural analysis, design, and detailing for reinforced precast concrete structures used within the transportation industry. For example, bridges, culverts, sound walls, manholes, vaults, modular buildings, conversions from cast-in-place, etc. Candidate should be proficient with AASHTO, ACI, International Building Code (IBC), ASCE-7, structural analysis/design software and AutoCAD. This position requires an individual that has strong technical abilities with good organizational and communication skills. 

A Professional Engineers License is required.
