Job Summary 

This is an entry level position with the opportunity to advance your HVAC career. 

To provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers by meeting customer needs and commitments through processing external customer orders and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Responsible for loading and unloading of inventory, delivery via our trucks, and warehouse administration.

 

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Pick up and/or deliver parts, tools, and equipment to job sites as dispatched through the Service Coordinators
  • Load and unload shipment of parts, supplies, and equipment as needed
  • Process incoming scrap and recycle materials in accordance with Company policy
  • Deliver/dispose of recycled material as needed
  • Assist with delivery of Quarterly filter orders
  • Help with miscellaneous office maintenance and repairs, including but not limited to, snow removal, simple plumbing, light replacement, etc
  • Assist on-site/on-job technicians as needed
  • Possess knowledge of HVAC equipment

Education and/or experience:  

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Technical school with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning
  • Valid WV Class D Non-CDL for Hire driver’s license with excellent record
  • Current DOT physical for Class D
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Warehouse and delivery experience a plus

 Specific Job Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of HVAC principals and mechanical ability
  • Demonstrated skill in using basic hand tools
  • Use and promote Safety work practices at all times in accordance to established procedures
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced team environment meeting deadlines
  • Reasoning, organization, dependability, confidentiality expected

 Work Environment:

  • The job requires driving to many locations in a company vehicle, with occasional out of town trips
  • The company provides a uniform and it must be worn
  • Approximately 20% of working time is in a heated warehouse area or office environment
  • Frequent interpersonal contacts with managers, supervisors, and associates
  • Includes occasionally working around electricity, machinery, noise and hazardous chemicals

 Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to regularly lift and move 25 pounds, frequently lift and move 50 pounds and occasionally lift and move more than 100 pounds
  • Requires long periods of driving or forklift operation
