Pay: $16-$18

Schedule: Full time, overtime available
Benefits available after 60 days!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor crushing operations; perform labor as needed for repair and maintenance.
  • Operates loader to effectively complete jobs. 
  • Performs maintenance of gravel crushing and screening plant
  • Cleans up spilled material around conveyors using shovel and/or skid steer
  • Operates the plant to provide maximum production and efficiency
  • Conducts daily inspections, maintenance, fueling and operation of equipment
  • Operates equipment in a safe manner; always in control of equipment
  • Produce material that will provide the most consistent, highest quality end products
  • Lubricate, adjust or repair machinery and replace parts, such as gears, bearings etc
  • Perform manual labor, such as shoveling by hand
  • Know and follow all company safety policies as well as MSHA regulations
  • Practice safety always
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver license and clean MVR
  • Must be able to show proof of age over 18, identity and right to work in the US
  • Must be able to pass drug screen
  • Previous experience in a sand/gravel/quarry environment preferred
  • MSHA certification preferred
  • Mechanical knowledge of equipment and tools preferred
  • Welding experience is a plus
