Our Des Moines client is looking for a highly motivated Graphics Coordinator. Qualified candidate will have a pleasant, customer service attitude and the ability to multitask in a high pace environment.  The focus of this position is production graphics as opposed to creative design work.  This is a direct hire position and the pay range is $35,000 to $37,000.

Responsibilities include: 

• Strong knowledge of print production, pre-press and color separation
• Experience in print set up, working with dimensions and templates
• Produce/recreate vector artwork from customer provided illustrations, logos and low-resolution JPGs to send to clients
• Review and create templates from existing artwork, reference samples, or descriptions
• Ability to create mockups of apparel as well as promotional products
• Prepare product e-proof/layouts and handle all correspondence until approved
• Prepare production ready templates
• Prepare final print files for production
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong interpersonal skills needed to work directly with customers
• Strong time management and organizational skills required to prioritize and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines simultaneously
• Ability to produce results independently and in a team focused environment
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, two year Graphic Design Certificate or equivalent
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud design applications: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Web experience required - Bootstrap, HTML/CSS Development
