Minnesota Eye Consultants is one of the premiere eye care practices in the nation. The team of providers at Minnesota Eye is comprised of sub-specialty trained surgeons, non-surgical ophthalmologists, and fellowship trained doctors of optometry. REGISTERED NURSE
Job Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Registered Nurse to work at our Ambulatory Surgery Center in Minnetonka. Duties include pre-op, and post-op care, with the possibility of circulating in the OR. Additional responsibilities include charting, patient phone calls, and assisting as needed in the surgery center.
Job Qualifications
Candidate must be an RN with a minimum of two years RN experience in pre-operative and post-operative care in a hospital and/or surgery center setting. Experience as a circulating nurse is preferred. Current CPR and Minnesota State Nursing License required.
Location/Schedule Details
This position is located at our Ambulatory Surgery Center in Minnetonka, however, travel is required to our other metro area ASCs as needed (Blaine, Bloomington and Maplewood). This position is full time, 32 hrs, four days per week. No nights, weekends, on call, or holidays. Normal start time is between 6:00-6:30am, and candidate must have the ability to be flexible and work up to 8-10 hour shifts.
