Staffing Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for an organized, tech savvy individual who has a minimum of (2) years of experience in sourcing and maintaining a pool of qualified candidates who will be delivering world class construction services to such customers as NBC Universal, LinkedIn, Boston Consulting Group, Acess Hollywood, Netflix, Omnicom, E Entertainment, Kite Pharma (to name a few).

Key Qualifications

  • Ability to work closely with company principals to identify and prioritize company staffing requirements.
  • Experienced in preparing job recruitment materials, updating job descriptions and job specifics.
  • Prepare recruitment packages and post on job boards, social media and college employment sites.
  • Screen incoming resumes and job applications, making initial decision if candidate meets qualifications.
  • Assess applicant’s experience, knowledge and skills and recommend if candidate should be interviewed.
  • Schedule interview between job applicants and SPC principals.
  • Update and maintain incoming applicants resumes in our database

Description

This position is at our main office in Woodland Hills, CA. You will be working together with our Principals, Controller and VP of Construction to assess our firms staffing needs and help develop and implement a strategic approach on sourcing new talent. The ideal candidate understands the current job board and social networking recruiting opportunities, is flexible, detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Education

  • College with focus on business management/human resources is preferred but not required. Related  experience may be considered in lieu of the same
