Job Description: Tool Coordinator
Shop Organization/Cleanliness:
- Ensure shop is organized in a way that promotes ease of verifying tools are in correct location.
- Ensure shop is clean and well maintained.
Toolwatch:
- Ensure that data in program is up-to-date and all data fields are filled.
Tool Cleanliness:
- Ensure tools are maintained at the highest level.
- Tools should be ready for the field at any given time.
- Determine disposition of tools.
- To be repaired or to be discarded.
Groundskeeping:
- Develop maintenance schedule based on areas of the property.
Tooling Out Trucks:
- Develop list of tools needed for each trade.
- Develop and adhere to truck audit schedule.
Tool Cost:
- Manage tool cost and adherence to Small Tools budget.
All responsibilities and duties are subject to change as deemed necessary by Management and mandated by the business need.
Required Skills/Traits:
Intermediate Level Microsoft Products (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience
Working Knowledge of tool organization software (Toolwatch or equivalent).
Communication (Written and Verbal), Organization, Problem-Solving, Record-Keeping
Good Driving Record (Insurable)
Education/Certifications (Preferred but Not Required):
High School Diploma (or GED)
