Generally, a laborer at IMCO will perform safe, physical labor, on a construction project in the state of Washington. He/she will perform tasks involving physical labor at building, highway, and heavy construction projects, tunnel and shaft excavations, and demolition sites. May operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments. May clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, clean up rubble and debris. May assist other craft workers.

The Laborer will frequently bend, reach, stand, walk, squat, sit, push and pull heavy objects throughout the work shift. Ability to work in sun, heat, and various climate conditions. Ability to work in dirty and dusty conditions. Requires manual dexterity to operate tools and equipment and perform manual responsibilities. Must be able lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
