The Role
We’re looking for a person with a great personality that is skilled in excel and word, detail oriented,has great retention skills, pleasant on the phone and a team player that loves to work in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Run a 10 key
- Organize schedules and prioritize them.
- Know how to establish customer rapport.
- Accurate information input
- Work with customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and retreats.
- ability to call and operate a phone system and call customers to confirm appointments.
- typing skills
- Page technicians to calls
- Be part of a supportive team
