Franklin Park is looking for an experienced executive director to provide expert leadership at its recently-opened community in Round Rock. 

Opened just a few months ago, FP Round Rock is licensed as a Type B assisted living and offers both memory care and traditional assisted living. AL apartment sizes range from studio to two-bedroom, with all private rooms in memory care. Amenities include a theater, country store, multiple common spaces, and a beautifully landscaped interior courtyard.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Is a Certified Assisted Living Manager (C.A.L.M.) with up-to-date CEUs
  • Has outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate effectively to all levels of staff as well as residents and families
  • Leads by example
  • Participates in and enjoys marketing the community along with the director of sales and marketing
  • Has strong time management skills: can prioritize, work efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Is equally competent in independent assignments and team projects
