Overview:

The Electrical Project Manager has 3+ years’ experience with large commercial construction projects; develops and grows existing client relationships; delegates responsibilities and manages project financial budgets; and manages projects concurrently seeing each through to completion on time.

As an Electrical Project Manager, you will:

• Interpret related project plans and specifications
• Generate and manage RFIs/change orders
• Create and review job budgets
• Produce detailed bills of materials for submittals and project buyout
• Create and adjust project schedules throughout construction
• Conduct job walks with contractors and owners
• Perform monthly projections in terms of fee expectations
• Prepare project closeout documentation

As a successful candidate, you have:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Enjoy working in a team environment and strive for overall success
• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant electrical experience
• 3 or more years’ electrical project management with large commercial construction projects
• Knowledge of blueprints, specifications, codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Computer skills with exposure to MS Office
• Accubid and AutoCAD experience—pluses but not required
