Star Blends, a state of the art feed manufacturer based out of Sparta, WI, is now seeking a Mill Controller to join their new Chippewa Falls facility! The Controller is responsible for planning routes, dispatching drivers, and operating our automated feed blending system.

Responsibilities:
- Monitoring/operating computer blending & receiving system
- Production planning
- Dispatching drivers
- Maintaining inventory
- Generating delivery tickets
- Adhereing to all safety & quality guidelines
- Helping on the floor as needed
Hours: Daytime, 10-12 hour shifts - daytime, Monday-Friday (Must also be available outside of these hours, as needed)
Qualifications:
- Previous Ag/Feed Experience is highly preferred
- Must be extremely tech savvy, proficient with computers
- Has exceptional communication skills
- Possesses an high attention to detail
- Knows basic mathematics
- Is self-motivated & team-oriented
- Maintains excellent time management
- Is safety conscious
Must also be able to lift & carry up to 60lbs, work in extreme temperatures, and bend/reach/twist frequently.
