Purpose
The Controller will oversee the accounting department and financial operations for PANTHERx Specialty Pharmacy. The Controller will establish financial policies and oversee financial procedures, as well as provide input into and analysis of the creation and maintenance of the company budget. This role will report financials internally to Leadership and externally as needed.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the accounting department
- Serve as report to for Accounting Manager
- Control and monitor cash flow
- Work closely with Leadership to provide financial status reports, financial updates, and budgetary action item(s)
- Provide budget and financial forecasting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and the annual financial reports
- Maintain compliance with financial regulatory agencies
- Ensure tax reporting is done accurately and timely
- Oversee outstanding account(s) payable and receivable items as needed
- Provide advice to IT in regards to financial software needs
- Monitor and provide oversight to credit and debit
- Coordinate with outside financial auditor(s) as needed
- Report financial statements to regulatory agencies
- Perform work on additional special projects and activities as assigned

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 7+ years accounting management experience
- 3+ years Controller experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in accounting, business, finance, or related field
- 5+ years controller experience
- 10+ years accounting manager experience
- Healthcare Accounts Receivable experience
- Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant credential
