Job Summary:
This administrative position provides administrative support to, Leasing Brokers, and Directors of Development. Performs general office duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other various office duties may be assigned.
- Provide administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for consideration and presentation by executives.
- Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
- Make travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare agendas and make arrangements, such as coordinating catering for lunches, for committee, board, and other meetings.
- Provide clerical support to other departments.
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules.
- Provides backup duties at the reception desk, and switchboard relief as requested

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); three years of related experience: Solid ability in Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe) and general personal computer skills.
Other Skills and Abilities
Should have technical capacity, personal effective/credibility, thoroughness, collaboration skills, communication proficiency and flexibility, Should also have excellent typing speed with a low error rate. Strong desire to learn new skills.
Note: This position will be based out of our current Realty office in Bloomington, MN through October before transitioning to our brand new HQ in downtown Minneapolis.
