We work to build relationships with our clients and the IRS alike so we can offer representation to taxpayers with a variety of tax complaints. Our potential clients are in need of a number of services, including but not limited to the following:

- Filing past-due tax returns
- Removing an IRS levy or federal tax lien
- Setting up tax payment plans

Responsibilities:
- Designs, develops and leads the implementation of the career development strategy
- Connects the career and employee development strategy with the business strategy
- Sets the basic schedule of career and employee development activities during the year
- Leads and manages the development of different development programs for specific groups of employees and talents
- Regularly assess the results of development programs for each employee
- Lead and coach employees, providing effective growth and development
- Sets the methodology for the assessment and development centers
- Builds the functioning relationship with the top managers
- Promotes career development programs and actively support employee goals
- Leads strategic projects focused on the development of high potentials and young leaders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business Administration, or Liberal Arts
- At least 3 years experience in related field
- Behavioral Therapy/Counseling a plus

As a Career Development Manager, you will be responsible for improving the productivity of an organization’s employees. You will also be responsible for the effective development, coordination and presentation of training and development programs for all employees. Assess developmental needs to drive training initiatives. You will identify and arrange training solutions for employees. Actively search, creatively design and implement effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance.
