CATCH Intelligence is seeking an experienced Sales person with proven experience to grow beyond our Midwest territories footprint.

As a CATCH Intelligence (Sales) Solution Advisor you will be responsible for hunting and seeking out new customers.   The desired candidate will drive sales with mid to large market businesses, building relationships wide and deep within organizations through cold calling, discovery meetings, white board sessions, presentations and demos to move sales opportunities to a close.  We want winners, people who can meet & exceeding quarterly and annual sales goals.   If you are in an industry that has capped your income, you have an option!  We will train you, you will have assistance for a minimum of six months, we will dedicate our pre-sales resources to assist and make you successful in the technology field. 


Key Attributes: 
• Must have a proven track record of achieving sales goals year after year
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of successful outside sales experience and longevity with positions
• Must have executive-level selling experience with a proven track record for selling solutions.
• Ability to work accounts deep and wide, develop relationships with multiple business units, providing solutions.
• Management of the entire sales process from identification, qualification and final closing of the deal.
• Great follow through, very organized as follow up are keys to huge success
• Must possess ability to work independently as a team member and with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to continually learn new solutions and competitive landscapes
• Willingness to travel to 2 days per week, every other week, or relocate to our key Midwest markets.


Additional information

Compensation package includes:  Salary, commission, bonus accelerator, and guaranteed draw while building a pipeline and closing business, this is based on experience.  Candidate also receives 3 weeks PTO,  a full benefit package which includes Medical, Dental, 401K, with 100% paid expenses, Cell phone, computer, vehicle usage, snack station, 2-3 catered lunch and learns a month, family and seasonal gatherings, employee referral program and bonus incentive vacation (CANCUN!).
