We are currently seeking Coiled Tubing Field Service Supervisor for our Coiled Tubing location.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Supervising the day-to-day work activities of the field personnel involved in the Coiled Tubing operations, including logistics planning and job scheduling
  • Providing coordination in locating job location, marking location for work tanks and verifying adequate room for equipment needed to do the proposed job design
  • Monitoring and maintaining the rigging-up and spotting equipments to verify they follow proper safety guidelines
  • Monitoring the Service Supervisor in completing the field safety audits and ensuring that equipment is properly maintained and repaired as needed
  • Working with the Operations Supervisor in ensuring the needed equipment and personnel are available where needed, and resources are properly allocated
  • Maintaining regular contact and communication with frac-tank company to assure the number of work tanks are available and sufficient for proposed pump rate
  • Performing other related duties as assigned

  PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least five (5) or more years work experience in a related area or similar function, including at least two to three (2-3) years experience with the Key organization
  • Must be self-motivated and possess good judgement
  • Supervisory and leadership skills, including planning and scheduling of field logistics
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with people within and outside of the company
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Willingness and ability to work long hours in different weather conditions
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
