Join our Team! We are looking to grow our loyal, career driven, and customers focused team, and are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our team of Finance professionals. As Business Analyst, this candidate will be responsible for designing analytical reports and providing actionable insights to the management and leadership team. This role will analyze, identify and communicate trends and issues impacting the business on a regular basis and provide recommendations to the organization. This position will work with the leadership team to steer outcomes leveraging established business intelligence and data governance framework, serving as a liaison between corporate Accounting and the Sales Operations and Leadership Team.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business is required, MBA preferred, with a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant CPG experience. Strong computer skills including significant expertise in Excel based modeling and analysis, with strong communication and processing skills is essential. This candidate must be a self-starter who thrives working independently and as well as in a fast-paced team environment.

 Business Analyst:

• Establish and maintain strong working relationship with sales and operations team, becoming their go-to resource for all analytical support.
• Quickly translate ambiguous business requirements into analytical insights
• Create and maintain periodic analytical reports with key insights to leadership team with a focus on providing actionable insights.
• Take part in complex, high profile projects.
• Responsible for planning and scoping interrelated initiatives.
• Conduct deep dive data profiling for actionable insights.
• Analyze, identify, and communicate trends and issues impacting the sales business on an ongoing basis and make recommendations
• Identify and document any utz-specific data discrepancy issues within our business systems
• Constantly steer business outcomes leveraging established Business Intelligence and governance framework to ensure alignment across management and sales teams.
• Support the forecasting process.
• Act as a liaison between corporate Accounting/Finance and the Sales and Operations teams.
• Provide revenue and pricing recognition guidance to the sales team as needed.
• Share best practices across peers and drive process improvement initiatives with Shared Services.
• Provided feedback to business intelligence developers and analytics team to enable advanced analytics models and improvements.
• Collaborate with management team to drive development of tools to better support business analytics.
• Drive strong adoption and change management for deployed analytics tools.
• Perform ad hoc projects as needed.
• Develop and maintain periodic schedule of reports to targeted audience.
• Performs other duties as assigned that will impact and support the overall outcome of the company and department objectives.
