Construction Senior Project Manager - Roanoke, VA

The What:

• Primary contact with Owner, Subcontractor, Suppliers and Company personnel.
• Responsible for-profit margins and fully manages all financial aspects of assigned construction project(s).
• Prepares and reviews payment requisitions, communicates changes and reports projects financial status monthly.
• Develops an effective plan and schedule in conjunction with the Superintendent for constructing the project and helps determine the means and methods necessary to meet project goals: adheres terms of the contract, assure quality, minimize costs, and promote safety.

The How:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Business
• Able to manage $25+MM projects or multiply smaller projects while managing additional Project Managers.
• Experience in Higher Education, K-12 Education and Multi-family projects
• Experience with design-build and CM@Risk/CMAR projects
