Good Life RV in Webster City is searching for high energy, positive, motivated Service Advisor to join our rapidly growing business. Applicants must be confident, up-beat, willing to work hard and have a strong desire to succeed.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate RV service and repairs between customers and technicians. Ensure customer has full knowledge of any work preformed and is informed of any updates.
Job Duties:
- Verify warranty and service contract coverage.
- Set realistic expectations for customer and ensure you hold to those expectations
- Prepare Repair Orders by describing the complaint, the cause, and the repair.
- Utilize all tools available to keep in contact with customers through the service experience.
- Attend all meetings and training as required
- Act as a liaison between customers and the technicians
- Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Have strong motivational skills and ability to work independently
- Must have professional appearance and demeanor
- Provide excellent customer service
- Basic computer skills to manage inventory and customer databases
- Ability to communicate in a professional and tactful manner
- Experience in Service or Parts Management helpful but not mandatory
