Job Summary: 

The Concrete Foreman will directly supervise and help coordinate the activities of assigned concrete crew(s).  The Foreman will help schedule work with the assistance of the Concrete Service Line Manager, as needed.  The Foreman must communicate with crew on what equipment is needed on certain jobs. The Foreman will help monitor crew(s) to ensure the quality of work meets the standards of ACI and the needs of the customer.

Requirements 

• High School Diploma or GED with previous supervisory and construction experience required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Working math skills in measuring area, circumferences, volume and weight and calculating figures.
• Knowledgeable in and proven abilities with estimating in a paving, landscaping or construction type environment viewed as a plus
• Must have ability to interact with external and internal customers and partners in a fast pace, multitasking environment, working independently with a high degree of problem solving
• Proficiency in use of technology; including CRM,Word, Excel, iPhone and internet
• Travel when required throughout the Midwest
