As one of the fastest growing companies in the construction industry, we consistently work on new and unique projects – and we are always looking for talented individuals to join our team.   Currently, we are looking for a full-time Yard Manager to join our team at our Maple Grove, Minnesota location.  

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ability to operate various types of loading equipment
• Prompt scheduling & response for company mobilizations
• Availability for odd working hours, weekends & nights if needed
• Work effectively with team
• Maintaining safety standards and procedures
• Pressure washing equipment
• Assisting with various yard duties
• Cleaning and stocking tool trailers/connex boxes
• Snow removal for office/shop in winter months
• Managing small tools/inventory
• Managing consumable items/inventory
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Build and maintain long term business relationships

Candidate Profile:                                                                                                                             

• Excellent driving & safety record
• Familiarity with construction industry and equipment knowledge (including operation, mechanical aspects)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Detailed and organized
• Self-motivated and independent

Job Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience or will train the right individual for the job
• Class A CDL Driver’s License
• Must be 18+ years of age
• Physical exertion required including, but not limited to, walking, standing, stooping, bending and lifting up to 50+ lbs.
• Frequent exposure to the elements

Work Hours & Compensation:

• Must be willing to work extended hours if needed
• Compensation: Hourly Wage (weekly pay-period)
