Pay: $16-$16.50 DOE

Schedule: Full time, overtime available
Benefits available after 60 days!

Job Summary:
Perform a variety of physical labor duties on construction projects. These duties include, but are not limited to: shoveling, lifting, cleaning and setting up foundations. The laborer reports to the Foreman. Employee must have their own transportation from job site to job site daily.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist onsite foreman with loading and unloading forms, carrying and retying rebar
  • Provide support to foreman and other Hadco employees on project with setting up foundations or footings
  • Identify hazards associated with task assignments and ask questions when clarification is needed
  • Maintain clean and safe work areas (sweep debris, gather and discard trash, remove snow and ice)
  • Understand OSHA guidelines and procedures, such as a lock out/tag out procedure
  • Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all safe activities to immediate supervisor and safety manager.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to show proof of age over 18, identity and right to work in the US
  • Must be able to pass drug screen
  • Must be able to lift, carry and transfer 50 or more pounds throughout the day
  • Experience preferred
  • Driver’s license preferred
  • MUST have own transportation from job site to job site daily
