Technician is responsible for weekly and monthly preventive maintenance of military commissary stores. This includes troubleshooting and repairs as needed.

Technician should be skilled in general maintenance repairs, various types of door operations, basic plumbing, electrical, drywall and painting. Additional Skills are a plus. Must not be afraid of heights.   Climbing ladders, use of scissor lifts and being on roof top is required.

Due to entering military bases this position requires a clean background, no arrests and a clean driving record. Veterans are encouraged to apply.

Essential Functions:

• Ability to complete required work, related paperwork and can email paperwork
• Basic computer & Smart Phone skills
• Ability to follow OSHA 10Hr requirements
• Presentable and possess the ability to communicate with customers to build relationships
• Detailed when it comes to repairs made, including but not limited to measurements, pictures, recommendations for repairs and quotes.
• Ability to work overtime and/or on-call as workload and emergency issues dictate
• Maintain - inventory, equipment and vehicle
• Follow client specific requirements as they relate to other systems

Education/Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the maintenance and repair field for large commercial facilities
• Possess a technician attitude with the desire to excel

Certifications:

• OSHA 10Hr or the completion of OSHA 10Hr within 3 months of employment
