Smith-Boughan, Inc., a leading edge mechanical contractor in West Central Ohio is seeking a motivated, high energy individual for the position of Project Management Assistant.
The qualified candidate selected to join the Smith-Boughan team will be responsible for operations support and assistance to Project Managers in the Construction division through daily tasks and special projects that may be assigned.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Provide clerical, administrative and operations support to multiple Project Managers
Organize and maintain digital and physical construction project files
Weekly data input of field employee payroll hours
Compile, track, and/or analyze project information and generate reports
Administer subcontract process
Process construction project change orders
Perform light reception duties including, but not exclusive to, answering incoming telephone calls and routing accordingly, receiving and distributing faxes and greeting guests
Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience
Education and experience requirements include:2 year business or technical degree plus a minimum of 5 years experience or equivalent training experience in office administration. Working knowledge of general office procedures required. Proficient organizational and communicative skills are essential as well as the ability to multi task and complete tasks in a fast paced environment. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software.
