SUPER SERVICE TODAY INC. is a PLUMBING-HEATING-DRAIN CLEANING-EXCAVATION firm with an emphasis on residential & commercial service. We have a solid 10 years in business with a reputation of providing consistent, dependable service to our customers, a commitment to investing in the development of our team members, and a plan to grow the company significantly in the coming years.
We are looking for a full time General Manager that will report to our President, to plan, manage, organize and direct production efficiently and in accordance to contracted scope of work, provide direct supervision to all support staff and uphold company core values and profitability
* Key work experience and job skill requirements: • Five years minimum of commercial construction plumbing experience or seven years minimum of residential/industrial construction experience
* Valid Massachusetts state driver’s license
* Strong communication skills, both oral and written
* Able to use a systematic approach in solving problems through analysis and evaluation of alternatives
* Able to influence the actions and opinions of others in a desired direction
* Fluency with Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
* Capable of material planning, reading plans and visiting in the field when ever necessary
* Knowledge of Massachusetts plumbing code
* Ability to manage a budget In this position you will responsible for: • Serving as liaison between The support staff and the field to ensure compliance of specifications, and manage profitability of business
* Managing the day to day office activities in conjunction with the field activities of employees and subcontractors in accordance with job specific scopes of work being performed on time and within budget.
* Monitoring and resolving matters related to work procedures, profitability, complaints, damages, accidents and delays,
* Planning, organizing and directing production with department and office heads in accordance with the contracted scope of work
* Coordinating office support staff, and field production. Attend/Lead meetings with department heads, other trades and the builder to identify and resolve and conflicts
* Ensuring all paperwork, and HR issues meet current standards
* Training, coaching, motivating and leading support staff Compensation: • $85,000 - $135,000 (plus performance bonus)

Job Requirements

- Strong record of consistent positive Customer Satisfaction results

- Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check and pre-employment drug test
