Position Description:

Successful candidates will have experience in landscape installation including: turf and plant removal and installation, grading and leveling, drainage, pavers etc. Heavy/Medium duty equipment operation a plus but not required.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

Using hand and or power equipment to perform a wide range of landscape duties including digging, grading, removal, installing mulch and planting of shrubs and trees

Assist in daily preparation of truck

Load and secure gas cans,mowers and other equipment.

Load and secure all plant material and hard material for the day

Assist crew leader for any daily preparation

Perform landscape installation tasks on client properties for trees, shrubs flowers etc.

Bed and lawn preparation by hand or use of motorized equipment.

End of the day equipment maintenance

Unload equipment, clean out of truck and trailer daily as needed

Skill Requirements:

Minimum of one year experience in landscape installation

Good attention to details

Safety oriented

Willing to work 40+ hours per week as well as saturdays if and when needed

Working knowledge and experience in the techniques and equipment used in landscaping

Able to handle the physicality of our work, weather conditions and able to lift 30-80 pounds.

Use of hand equipment and manual hand tools

Able to bend,stoop and twist continuously throughout the day
