- Lead HR strategies for our Leadership Team, supporting approximately 200+ employees.
- You will partner with the cross-functional teams and leaders to broker HR services and actively engage in staffing, organizational development, benefits & talent management.
- You will build upon and rely on your HR functional expertise and effectiveness to align critical human resources principles with business objectives.
- This position is responsible for managing the HR team at one of our Center of Excellence (COE). Increase the overall performance of the organization by creating strong interactive partnerships with the COE team.
- Build a workforce that creates a competitive advantage by recruiting, developing and retaining top talent
- Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a dynamic Human Resources organization

- Previously demonstrated leadership skills

- Ability artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.
- Experience setting up training with departmental managers.
- Employee investigation, performance management, employee relations.
- Proven record of developing relationships with business leaders.
- Drive and Deploy HR policies
- Drive the AIM Operating System and lead culture change
- Partner with Leadership in organization goals
- Drive culture of performance, results and positive employee relations
- Talent management and strategic staffing

Required experience: Human Resources: 5+ years
Required education: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
