NETE is seeking a highly motivated, flexible, organized, and detail-oriented IBM BPM developer who will be a member of the project team who takes responsibility for implementing parts of the system architecture using best practices. This will include coding, unit and string testing, using design patterns and learning new technologies. The candidate will also be expected to provide architectural support, and advice with Business Process Management (BPM) components of the system.
 
Qualified applicants must be detail-oriented, result-driven individuals who work well within team environments and have good interpersonal skills.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Demonstrates ability to work with system owners, technical teams, and functional teams to design, implement, test, and validate a system.
  • Work with business analysts to understand desired system requirements and write functional and technical specifications.
  • Upgrade heritage WLE coaches to IBM BPM version 8.5.5 Coach views, and implement error handling.
  • Perform IBM BPM Websphere administration – installing snapshots, configuring data sources, regular maintenance, assessing and installing iFixes
  • Design and develop new code and/or support operations, maintenance, and enhancements of existing code.
  • Develop conceptual and technical design including use of OOA and OOD techniques.
  • Conduct multiple levels of testing including unit, system, integration and performance.
  • Effectively model organization business processes and integrate them with existing Enterprise systems and capabilities.
  • Estimate level of effort and plan work accordingly.

Experience Guidelines:   
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Minimum 3 years in development and system integration
  • Minimum 3 years experience with Java and Java-based technologies
  • Minimum 2 years design and development experience with IBM Business Process Manager 8.5.5
  • Minimum 2 years of XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript libraries like Dojo, JQuery
  • Minimum 2 years of experience building coaches using coach views, Client side human services
  • Experience with Oracle database systems
  • Solid understanding of all parts of Software Engineering (e.g. Requirements, Design, Implementation, Testing) and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Experience working in agile or iterative SDLCs
  • Experience with Object Oriented Technologies.
