As HVAC installers you will work under supervision of a foreman in all aspects of commercial HVAC installation projects.  Our Installations are completed in accordance with mechanical codes and in accordance with job specifications, plans and contract documents resulting in a complete and excellent working system.  We work safely.  All safety procedures  in the Enervise Safety Handbook and facility/customer safety programs  are in place for your safety.

 

bullet Responsibilities

Experienced installers are able to install all types of HVAC equipment, pumps, and exhaust equipment.

Installers work independently, safely, and demonstrate initiative in servicing customers and maintaining positive customer relations.

Enervise HVAC installers complete time and job records accurately and timely using handheld device. Installers work with a courteous and  professional attitude

Bullet Required Qualifications 

  • high school diploma/GED, CFC certification or HVAC related installation training program or journeymen license or equivalent industrial/commercial experience.  
  • 2-5 years working experience in HVAC installation
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of cooling & heating systems
  • Drug Free and able to pass Criminal Background Check
  • Valid Driver’s license with a clean driving record

 

 Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Knowledge of HVAC sheetmetal installation, HVAC codes and proper application; knowledge of proper electrical and HVAC safety. 
  • Ability to utilize common-sense understanding in order to carry out written, oral, or diagrammed instructions. Ability to follow controls/wiring diagrams and schematics.
  • Arrive on time. Punctual.
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to read and understand documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, and procedure manuals.
  • Knowledge of unit & building controls a plus

Physical Qualifications 

  • Routine sitting, lifting, bending and kneeling
  • Ability to climb ladders and perform job duties at high elevations
  • Lift objects up to 75 lbs
