Job Description

EXCITING CAREER OPPORTUNITIES!!!

 

Seeking an experienced, career minded, professional
HVAC Project Manager with a strong tenant finish background to work in the Construction & Engineering Division of our rapidly growing service and mechanical contracting company.

Requirements:

Must be able to manage multiple projects in the region with budgets ranging from $30,000 to $1,000,000+. 

• schedule and manage sub - contractors, including monthly progress billing and draws, as we sub-contract 80% of the work. 
• managing 6-12 projects at one time with total annual budgets of $2-3 million.
• Must possess a proven record of success with on-time, safe, project completion within budget.
• Successful project management will require that you have experience with duct work as well as hot and chilled water piping.
• A Bachelors Degree in Engineering with 5-10 years experience managing Commercial HVAC projects preferred or equivalent work experience if no degree

Reporting on a weekly, monthly and / or annual basis to the Management Team will be required.
