Primary Tasks:
· Create marketing reports (as needed, daily, weekly, monthly)
· Conduct marketing audits for advertising ROI
· Direct mail list management (pull, manage, distribute for mail house)
· Manage call tracking numbers
· Manage marketing calendar
· Project tracking from start to finish
· Create, collect, distribute marketing reports
· Intercompany communications with other department managers
Secondary Tasks:
· Travel to Dallas (limited, but possible)
· Assist with vendor needs
· Tracking of any coop marketing dollars
· Support customer review programs
· Market research (monitor competitors, report)
· Order supplies for marketing, printing and other as needed
· Clean up electronic or physical files
