Project: Construction of a New Flour Mill

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform tasks involving physical labor at the construction site.
• Rig and position industrial agricultural equipment to elevated floors.
• Layout, assemble, and align equipment, mounting & securing per construction documents.
• Assemble moving parts and sub-assemblies with proper use of adjusting, shimmering, leveling, and tensioning provisions.
• Weld, repair, and fabricate equipment or machinery.
• Operate hand and power tools of all types.
• Assist other craft workers.

 Job Qualifications:

• Must be well versed in mechanical aspects of agricultural construction.
• Must be able to work with precision measuring equipment.
• Must have knowledge of rigging and fabrication.
• Must be able to read and understand blueprints.
• Must be able to climb and work at excessive heights.
• Must be able to lift 70 lbs. and perform strenuous outdoor work in exposed weather conditions on a day-to-day basis.
• Must have a normal range of hearing and vision.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must abide by ALL of the company's field safety rules.

Pay Rate: Based on experience and qualifications. We do not offer per diem or travel pay for this position. 

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 5:30pm
