Quality Administrative Assistant (Part Time)
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Receive and communicate phone calls/emails to appropriate personnel/Plant.
- Administer total reject system including, but not limited to: customer dispositions, monthly reconciliation of data, daily updates, imputing RGA’s, releasing credits/debits into Reject Invoice system and perform reject analysis if needed on customers.
- Administer corrective action system including but not limited to: customer communication on problems, beginning internal complaint process and be responsible for customer feedback as needed.
- Do monthly customer performance updates including daily/weekly checks on customer websites for performance results and then communicate to appropriate personnel.
- Administer customer specifications, quality requirements system including updating file maintenance and distribution.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Word, Excel, Outlook preferred
- Ability to multitask, work well with others, and work independently
