COMPENSATION UP TO $40 per HOUR FOR EXCEPTIONAL CANDIDATES


Earn top pay rates working on some of the biggest equipment while contributing to infrastructure, environmental remediation and disaster prevention/response/recovery projects across the United States, the Caribbean and New Zealand.


This is interesting and rewarding work ensuring the operational readiness of the heavy equipment used in helping communities prevent or recover from disasters such as hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, wildfires. It is your team’s job to work beside the operations team to ensure our critical pieces are on the job and producing.


We are a stable 40-plus-year-old company with a history of consistent growth. Our equipment division is a standalone $40 million division with 30 full-time employees, 650+ pieces of heavy earthmoving, materials processing and commercial trucks/trailers with an acquisition value of $200 million.


The work is a combination of preventative and routine maintenance and diagnostics/repairs of all types.


This role requires an experienced mechanics with a fundamental and comprehensive understanding of all systems. Are you a heavy-duty mechanic with electronics, hydraulics, and heavy diesel experience, comfortable with computer-controlled systems managing everything from GPS to complex hydraulic systems?


This job requires strong mechanical and diagnostic skills, electrical/computer controls experience, hydraulic systems experience, good interpersonal skills.


Extra consideration will be given to candidates with experience on commercial grinding and high-speed mill and conveyor equipment (tub grinders, horizontal grinders and slow speed shredders. Familiarity with brand names: Vermeer, Diamond Z and Doppstad preferred.


A CDL “A or B” license is preferred.
