The HumanTouch Account Representative is responsible for capturing a portfolio of products, solutions and services business. Responsible for the identification of, positioning for and capture of Health market (HHS, CMS, FDA, NIH, SSA, Military Health) transactional sales, flywheel contracts and contract vehicles. The Account Representative reports to a HumanTouch Director who is responsible for market-specific strategic planning. Together you cover relationship management, call planning, sales calls, opportunity identification, capture planning, positioning, proposal development and oral presentations. You will work with in-house program and technical resources for the related solution development, staff planning and proposal pricing.
Mandatory Work Experience Requirements
- 2-4 years of information technology sales/business development experience
- Hands on experience capturing long cycle $20M+ services contracts in the Federal sector
- Proven experience in driving short cycle transactional service or product sales
- Experience in the development and execution of call plans and market strategies
- Self-starter with a proven ability to work independently
- A strong network of prospective clients and partners
- 3+ years of experience in the IT industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- 5+ years of information technology or mission focused expertise in the Federal Civil market
- Advanced degree (MBA, MPA, etc.)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
