POSITION SUMMARY

The Infrared Patch Supervisor’s job function will include directly managing crew members to ensure policies and procedures are followed, work and safety standards are maintained and schedules are reviewing and monitoring compliance requirements and providing leadership for the maintenance of equipment. This position will maintain a high regard for safety for all employees and the general public, lead the crew in producing high quality projects, and lead employee training and development.

This position is full-time seasonal working May through November (weather permitting). You must be willing to travel. Qualified overnight stay will be compensated with per diem.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Infrared patch field experience; preferably in a supervisory role
  • Verbal and written communication
  • Ability to organize, plan, schedule, prioritize, direct, and monitor crews
  • Must have a valid driver's license (A CDL is preferred)
  • Willingness to obtain a Commercial Driver's License with Hazmat endorsement: Class A preferred
  • Physically able to perform the job functions
  • Willingness to be a team player and help train less experienced employees
