This is a 1st Shift position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cleaning Equipment
- Daily operation of a Floor Scrubber
- Operate a Forktruck
- General help around the shop
Potential Areas of Growth:
- Assisting in the shipping department
- Assisting in building maintainence
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience cleaning a machine shop
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read and write in English
Physical Abilities

- Ability to reach horizontally and vertically with arms. Sufficient dexterity to manipulate small to large objects and print or write legibly.
- Sufficient physical ability, strength, mobility and stamina to lift, carry, push or pull objects which may frequently exceed 60 pounds in a series of functional tests which clearly simulates the work environment.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time. Average between 8-14 hours per day
- Shall perceive the nature of sound, near and far vision, depth perception, providing oral information, the manual dexterity to operate business related equipment, and handle and work with various materials and objects are important aspects of this job.
