CANDIDATES:

• Must be very clean cut, take pride in appearance, no visible tattoos unless they can be covered
• Must wear company uniform with shirt tucked in, no beard, a goatee is ok but must be kept neat
• Must be very professional with good penmanship and ability to deal with high-end home customers
• Must possess genuine and personable strong customer service/communication and people skills
• Need a strong steady work history (currently working is a strong plus)
• Must have strong residential service experience and strong troubleshooting skills
• Must produce neat clean work that is up to code
• Must have the ability to climb in attics, under houses
• Must be intuitive, organized, hard-working, efficient, have good time management skills and a “what’s next” attitude

 STRONG EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING:

• General Residential and some light Commercial Plumbing
• Hot Water Heater replacement and repair
• Fixture Replacement (Faucets, Tubs, and Toilets)
• Bath remodeling
• Sewer, Gas, and Water Service Replacement (troubleshooting using video inspection)
• Drain Cleaning utilizing conventional sewer machines and high power jetters
• Leak Location and repair – under slab, sewer, water, pool and sprinkler systems
• Other requirements
• Estimating, selling, offering options on a daily basis and exceed sales quota a must – no salary cap – performance dictates income
• Explaining/educating customers on their plumbing needs at their level – flat rate pricing
• Climb in/out of box trucks, able to lift over 75 lbs. and work in the Texas summer heat
• Current Texas plumbing license – Tradesman and above (We will check it)
• Current Texas driver’s license – clean driving record (We will check it)
