Landscapes Management Company and Broadlands Golf Course are seeking an individual to work as a Head Golf Professional in Broomfield, CO. 

JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the monitoring and overseeing of the entire golf operation at the club.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Supervises pro shop personnel and directs the daily operations of the pro shop and merchandise selection. Maintains accounting for the pro shop.
2. Gives golf lessons to include individual and group lessons.
3. Works with members and guests and assists them with their golfing needs.
4. Promotes the interest in the sport of golf and the use of the course.
5. Hire, train, schedule and manage all golf employees.
6. Plan, organize and conducts golf tournaments for members and outside organizations. Manages the golf clubs/groups for the course.
7. Prepares annual budget for golf operations.
8. Maintains accurate records of green fees and cart rentals.
9. Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround time, streamline work processes and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality customer service.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

1. Has knowledge of the organization and management of a pro shop.
2. Understands the rules of golf, the equipment used and golf tournament organization.
3. Has knowledge of driving range operation and management.
4. Effective communication skills orally and in writing.
5. Able to provide a high level of customer service with attention to detail

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
1. A member of the Professional Golf Association (PGA) or the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA)
2. 3 years experience as either a Head Golf Professional or the first assistant to a Head Golf Professional.

BENEFITS
1. Salary Range- $38-$43K per year DOE
2. Full benefits package, lesson and clinic money, commission based on tournaments
