Job Description

1.     Maintain updated the document system of PPO facilities (VA-AZ).

2.     Edit all documents that belongs to the document system, including:

a.       Policies

b.       Work Instructions

c.        Forms

d.       OPL’s

e.       Binders for Products

3.     Update the master list of all official documents.

4.     Follow up on changes performed on the documents including:

a.       Development Stages

b.       Reviews

c.        Approvals

5.     Keep updated all the binders with the proper documents in all machines.

6.     Develop a list of the needed documents per process.

7.     Develop KPI’s to follow up on the process

8.     Control the modified documents

9.     Gather information related to the parameter process to obtain standards across the organization.

10. Be part of the continuous improvement projects along the company.

11. Perform follow up on activities related to improvement or changes into the processes.

12. Develop tools for the supported projects.

13. Write and follow up on Supplier Concerns

14. Log DMT tags and follow up on disposition
