Key Technical Skills

Candidates for this position must be able to operate a Loader.

Qualifications

Each of Garney’s Operators must have a firm knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance. Operators must have knowledge of signals and safe working loads and be capable of understanding and performing assigned tasks.

Employee-Owner Expectations

Garney expects its Operators to clean and maintain equipment, arrive at work on time every day, be able to work on their feet for an entire day, and adhere to Garney safety policies and procedures.

All Garney Operators must be willing to travel and/or relocate as needed.
