Your contributions.

  • Full-cycle recruiting & hiring for 6+ businesses
  • Develop & execute recruiting strategies to maintain pipeline of qualified talent
  • Work closely with hiring managers to implement & manage effective recruiting plans
  • Manage ATS (Applicant Tracking System) & ensure proper documentation
  • Train hiring managers on use of ATS & create written SOPs
  • Work closely with marketing to brand Nesnah as an “employer of choice”
  • Utilize Social Media as recruiting avenues
  • Participate in local groups, organizations, & schools for networking purposes
  • Coordinate & attend community career fairs
  • Develop & lead internship programs

What you bring to the table.

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Marketing or other related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of recruiting/sourcing experience;
    or equivalent combination of education & experience
  • Ability to develop & maintain rapport with employees & hiring managers
  • Knowledge in employment law, & hiring & confidentiality practices
  • High level user of Microsoft Windows & Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Expertise in utilizing social media & job boards for recruiting
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement & make decisions within company directives & in compliance with state & federal regulations
  • Excellent organizational & time management skills
  • Self-starter with ability to work autonomously
  • Effective written & verbal communication skills, including presentation
  • Possesses the Five I’s of Leadership:
    Intelligence, Initiative, Innovation, Integrity, & Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to travel for meetings, school visits, & career fairs
