Service Representative

Crown Health Care Laundry Services is the Industrial Laundry leader in the Southeast United States with locations in Georgia, South Carolina, Mississippi, Florida and Alabama. Due to tremendous growth, we are adding a Service Representative to our regional Columbia, SC team to help us service our hospital/health care customers in that region. If you excel at Customer Service and creating strong customer relationships, this may be a great job for you.

Our Service Reps work at assigned customer locations (hospitals) to establish our marketplace presence, generate increased customer relations and resolve customer issues. They will interact with client personnel at various levels to help manage linen inventory, educate the client on linen management and any other related duties.

Other duties include handling customer requests or issues, or communicate with appropriate individual to ensure that customer requests are consistently met in timely manner, maintaining exceptional records regarding service visits and issues, and identifying opportunities for improved service. Our Reps will work with all levels of the organization and must have exceptional professional presence. While you will spend the majority of your time at customer locations, your office base will be at our Columbia, SC location. This territory encompasses the Inverness, Columbia, SC regions.

Qualifications include:

• 2+ years Customer Service experience, outside service preferred

• Healthcare background preferred

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

• Able/Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory using your own vehicle (a monthly car allowance and mileage are included), Valid Driver’s license

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

• Solid analytical ability – great with numbers
