We are currently seeking a Transportation Survey Technician for openings in our Raleigh and Charlotte, NC offices.

Essential duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Knowledge and understanding of route, location and other types of transportation related surveys.
  • Research of legal records
  • Preparation of cadastral and existing conditions surveys from field and office data using Microstation and Geopak software
  • Preparation or Right-of-Way plans and easement maps
  • Work closely and collaborate with a dynamic team of experienced and knowledgeable professionals

Education and/or Experience 

  • 5 years overall surveying experience with 3 years minimum transportation surveying office experience
  • BS or AAS in Surveying preferred
  • Experience working with GPS and 3D laser scanning a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
