Job Description

Syneren is seeking an experienced business development leader with proven track record with the Federal Government sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a long-term growth for the company
  • Work closely with customers, understand and track requirements, and develop plans to map those needs into Syneren’s company vision
  • Conduct sales calls andbriefings for customers
  • Meet organizational growth targets and goals
  • Develop ideas and plans to meet customers' missions through Syneren’s capabilities

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience charting and executing plans
  • Motivated and results-oriented execution
  • Business development experience
  • Proposal management, writing
  • Proven track record of growth
  • Previous experience in DOD and/or Civilian environment
  • US Citizenship
