We are looking for a Tune up Technician to provide ongoing routine maintenance on residential and light commercial equipment along with building and maintaining strong customer relationships. This person will also need to be able to offer solutions to problems including repair or replacement options and helping the customer to find what will be the customer’s best decision. Honesty, integrity and character is a must. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate clearly both verbally and written with client and office team.
Salary: Up to $28.00 per hour depending on skill set and experience.

Tune up Technician duties include:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs
- Complete work orders, records, logs and other written or computer-based documents according to established procedures.
- Back up repair technicians in troubleshooting demand repair calls.
- Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing
Job Requirements:
- A willingness to learn.
- 1 year technical school or two years in trade is preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of basic heating & cooling systems.
- Able to pass EPA Refrigerant Certification (Type II).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Basic computer skills are required as our technicians are mobile dispatched by laptop computer.
Physical Demands
To adequately perform the duties of this job the employee is regularly and routinely required to sit; stand, walk, stoop, use hands to finger, hear, see and talk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
