Job Description

• Partner to hiring managers to identify hiring needs and to guide them through the process
• Maintain applicant tracking system
• Develop active pipeline of top candidates for immediate hire
• Act as main point of contact for all candidates
• Ensure timely attentiveness to all candidates throughout recruitment process
• Attend career & job fairs for high schools, technical colleges and trade high schools
• Responsible for community outreach to organizations, employment services, and technical schools
• Other Human Resource projects as assigned
